The Keith Sweat channel is the official YouTube home of multiplatinum recording artist, songwriter, and producer Keith Sweat. While signed to Elektra Records in the 1980s and 1990s, Keith Sweat helped define the New Jack Swing sound with a string of irresistible hits like “Twisted”, “Make It Last Forever”, “Make You Sweat”, “I’ll Give All My Love To You,” “Keep It Comin’” and “Nobody,” a platinum single that features singer Athena Cage. Sweat also discovered the Atlantabased vocal quintet Silk, for whom he cowrote and coproduced “Freak Me,” which hit 1 on Billboard’s “Hot 100” in May 1993.
A remarkably prolific artist, Sweat has released more than 15 albums over the course of his career – 6 of which were awarded platinum status by the RIAA. Since 2007, Sweat has hosted ‘The Sweat Hotel,’ a nighttime show on iHeart radio that blends a grown \u0026 sexy R\u0026B playlist with relationship advice from Sweat himself.

No-Equipment Full-Body Bodyweight Bootcamp

You won’t need any equipment for this fullbody, highintensity bodyweight bootcamp workout. All you need is some space in your living room, backyard or balcony!
In this video, join Sweat trainer Kayla Itsines as she takes you through a fullbody, noequipment, bodyweight bootcamp designed to work your entire body.
Using just your bodyweight, this workout will build strength through your whole body, including your legs, arms and abs. You’ll cycle through functional movements that target different muscle groups for a fullbody strength training routine.
Kayla takes you through each movement and provides variations of the exercises so that you can modify them to your skill level. You can go at your own pace but keep moving 💪
Here are the exercises you’ll be doing in this bodyweight bootcamp:
Round 1 (three rounds of three exercises)
– Alternating Reverse Lunge
– Squat Rotation
– Hover
Round 2 (three rounds of three exercises)
– Rocking Chair Pushup
– Plank Rotation
– Bent Leg SitUp and Reach
Superset 1 (two exercises for two minutes)
– Mountain Climbers
– Ab Bikes
Superset 2 (two exercises for two minutes)
– Squat Pulse
– Modified Burpee
Bootcamp wrapup (go from toptobottom of the list, and do each exercise for 30 seconds)
